Valentine’s Day Doggy Day Care

Party.

On Tuesday the 14th February we are having a Valentine's Day Doggy Day Care Party. Every dog who attends will have time to socialise, play and share in some special Valentine's Day treats. Who knows, they might even find that "significant other". As a memento of this special day, every dog will go home with a free bandana. To share the love even more we are discounting the Valentine’s Day Care Party to $35.00 for the day. Your best friend will be having the time of their life while you are free to arrange a romantic day with your own special Valentine. Overnight guests who book in Super Yappies will also receive the Valentine's Day treats and bandana.

Day Care

The Pets Hotel Doggy Day Care is a great way for your dog to socialise with other pups and dogs! Socialisation is important because it teaches dogs to cope with, and be confident in their surroundings. As your pet matures, it's essential that they are familiarised with people and animals outside their home. If an animal is not properly socialised, they can become fearful or frightened of these experiences. The Pets Hotel Doggy Day Care is open from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please Note: Safety is our primary goal; therefore, Doggy Day Care is not for every dog. Doggy Day Care is a place for social dogs to come play and have fun. It is not a place for aggressive dogs to learn how to be social.

Introduction Interviews.

The Pets Hotel team has recently implemented Meet and Greet interviews. All new clients will be interviewed so that we can better understand the needs of your pets. We like to obtain information about eating, playing and also if there are any problems that we should be aware of. If you are an existing client but have not received a meet and greet interview, please let our team know, and when you next plan to visit us we will allocate a time for the meet and greet.

DVD Review.

Hachi A Dogs Tale

This is a movie based on the Japanese true story of a college professor's bond with the abandoned Akita he takes into his home. The movie stars Richard Gere as the college professor. There’s a statue memorialising the dog in Japan where it’s a well-known story. The movie is a heartwarming tale of loyalty, about how people and dogs are more than just friends and, I guess most of all, about how a dog’s love for its master never fades.

If you are a dog person, you will definitely love this movie! It's a sad, beautiful story that touches everyone's heart! A must-see.
