The Pets Hotel strives to provide the highest level of personalised service. We understand that each pet has a unique personality. To cater for the various needs of our clients and with the knowledge that pets require different types of interaction, we offer custom-designed activity options to meet the lifestyle needs of each pet and their owner.
 Additional Play Time
Dogs Only. There is nothing more enjoyable than seeing a group of dogs romping around and playing. During play time dogs will be matched according to size, age and activity level and taken to our purpose built indoor park "Central Bark". You will be able to view all the fun via our exclusive web cam! The groups are supervised by experienced pet attendants and are allowed to play together in safety, and out of climate extremes.
For Non-social dogs, they are able to have their play sessions on their own between 12-3 pm.

 Cat Play Time
If your cat is suitable you are able to purchase Cat Playtimes;- This is where you cat will be allowed to have a romp around our Cattery, having fun climbing on our cat trees, playing with our cat toys or just having a look around and out our viewing windows.

 Cuddle Time
For Cats or Dogs, these are a pet attendant to fur child VIP contact session for dogs that are not suitable for Yappy hours or felines who like some extra love. Our pet attendants will play, sit and cuddle your pet.

 Cuddle Time Plus
For pets who lap up some extra loving, our Pet Attendants will cuddle and play with your canine either one on one or as an intimate group dependant on sociability and at staff discretion. Our felines will have intimate play time, brushing and cuddles and kisses.

 Adventure Walk
If your dog loves nothing more than going for a walk, then our Adventure walks are for you. Our experienced staff will take your dog for a walk around port melbourne. The outing will be full of new sights and smells. Dogs will remain on harness lead to ensure safety. If weather is not permitting your pets Adventure walk will be substituted for a Super Yappy, if your pet is suited to participate.

 Super Yappy Session
This exciting new activity is for dogs with energy to burn. Super Yappy dogs will participate in extended yappy hours when they join in the Doggy Day care playtimes. Even high energy dogs will feel this work-out. Super Yappy hour dogs will play up to 6 hours each day.

Please note For Entire and non-social dogs: If your Dog is either an Entire male/female or non-social, they are unable to be played with other dogs, and therefore are unable to participate in “Super Yappy Sessions”. Understand that it is not a reflection on the dog themselves, as entire animals can be extremely social and well behaved. It is more so because the dynamics of the packs' of dog’s changes considerably and therefore makes it an unstable environment and can lead to fights. Please note that we have duty of care to all clients and will endeavour to do our best to assess all dogs to find them suitable playmates.

 MiPet
The Pets Hotel MiPet service allows you to be kept up to date with reports on your pet's activities, feeding, behaviour and medication. The report will be emailed to you while you're away.
